The reviews on the site are of Caesar's Salads only.  The restaurant and entree may be exceptional, but if the Caesar's Salad is not, the rating will reflect the Salad only. 

Sometimes the Caesar's will be great, and then on another visit, it may bomb....  Reasons? Different Chefs, different days of the week, low supply of fresh ingredients after a busy weekend (hint: Thursday, Friday and Saturdays are the better bet), etc.
