Paradiso.  What more can I say.  The mere word evokes the magic of paradise and magnificent memories.  

Sitting at the upper level of Mongoose Junction in busy Cruz Bay, you can either indulge indoors, or sit outside on the patio and watch the world go by.  

This Caesar's Salad was not the "traditional"; it was a "Garlic Roasted Crouton Caesar Salad".  The romaine tasted fresh, as did the cracked black pepper; unlike any other I'd tasted before.  The "crouton" was one large piece of bread, flavored and baked to perfection.  On the side, we received a sundried tomato and roasted garlic spread.  This Caesar Salad was unique.  Along with the 1997 Guenoc Petite Sirah, the experience of flavors was like the 4th of July!  And the Seabass - out of this world! - as light and white as a cloud in heaven. 

This was by far, one of the best dining pleasures I have experienced.  Service was exceptional as well ("when can we go back?")
