Although the evening was beautiful for dining on the restaurant's outdoor patio, that couldn't make up for the lack of a good Caesar's Salad.  Even though I was famished, it took me 3.5 hours to "play around with this salad", and I STILL didn't finish eating it!  

Thank goodness for good wine and even greater company!

The dressing tasted "watered down" and totally flat;  there was nothing to it.  

Oh - and yes, it was a large portion...but who would eat it?
